The Fundraising Academy is a new, inclusive training and support programme designed to open doors into the fundraising profession — and to change the face of the sector while we’re at it.

Our vision is to make fundraising a career of choice, not chance, especially for people from underrepresented backgrounds who might never have seen themselves in these roles. We focus on practical, confidence-building training, community connection, and real-life insight into what it means to be a fundraiser in today’s world.

We’re currently building our first cohort — and we’d love to hear from you. Whether you’re curious about starting a career in fundraising or simply want to know more, get in touch.

We’re also looking for experienced fundraisers across all income streams who are passionate about giving back to the sector and supporting the next generation. If that sounds like you, we’d love to have you involved.
